What I’m Loving: New in Nashville

There are several cool things in Nashville that I am loving these days. Summer time in Nashville is filled with fun and happening things to do.

Work on your fitness-

The only way that you can be a fab you is by working out. We all love the great food places in Nashville, so we have to workout so we don’t become chunky overnight. There is a new fitness spot in town. Barry’s Bootcamp. Although, it hasn’t opened yet, there has been whispers about it’s awesomeness around town. The grand opening will be on June 23rd. It is located at 308 11th Ave South. By going to the website, you can sign up for the email list and for rsvp for grand opening party.

Stay Smooth-

In order to get beach and pool ready, waxing is a must. There is a new wax center in town. Last week, I checked out European Wax Center. It was a pleasant experience. The only downside is that they try to sell you all kinds of products and packages while you are waiting for your appointment to start. The plus side is that on your first visit you get a freebie! That is a huge incentive to check it out.

Get Cultured:

There is a new young professional organization in town. I recently received an email about the Nashville Symphony Crescendo Club.  As a person that loves to stay busy, I like finding new organizations to join and support.

Who We Are

The Crescendo Club is a newly launched group of community leaders, philanthropists and music enthusiasts, ages 21 to 40-ish, who are interested in supporting the Nashville Symphony by participating in unique social events, fundraising initiatives and other music educational activities. Our ultimate purpose is to create increased appreciation for the arts and to encourage participants to support the Symphony’s educational and artistic vision.

The Crescendo Club will also provide leadership opportunities for participants, with a focus on supporting the Nashville Symphony’s commitment to sustainability, innovation and service to community.
